Lots of thread and needles. Man, she would've never run out of needles that's for sure. Some old postcards. A couple pincushions. Numerous safety pins and paperclips. Buttons both beautiful and extremely ugly. One panel labeled "Ivory" and looking at them closely I don't doubt that they are. One complimentary sewing kit for the purchase of a sewing machine which states on the back "...as little as $5 down puts a Kenmore Sewing Machine in your home." Two "Amazing Scissor Sharpeners". One snap fastening tool. And finally this providential item.

I love Sewing Susan! I made a painting around one of those once. I wish I still had it so I could send it to you.
That is so great that you have all of these treasures.
Wow, you know about Sewing Susan, huh? You don't happen to have a photograph of your painting? I love this image. There's so much going on in it. My favorite woman is the one in the foreground lower right. She looks mildly annoyed.
Hi Susan,
Just want to tell you that I love reading your blog and especially learning about your daughter. Your dolls are awesome... you were and ARE so creative.
Leslie.

Every time I come to this page, I think that thing on the top in the picture is a pizza.
